You may only make purchases of any available ILEESH products. ILEESH reserves the right to reject any suspicious orders for reasonable reasons. Product information that can be purchased, including prices, has been stated through the ILEESH store (SHOP) page.

We take all necessary steps to ensure that all details, descriptions, and product prices displayed on the ILEESH store (SHOP) are accurate.


Reservations can be made directly through the shop (SHOP) on this website. All products are available (Ready Stock). Products that are out of stock will be labeled as "OUT OF STOCK".

You will receive 2 SMS and Order Confirmation Emails after your reservation is confirmed and upon our acceptance. The complete email will contain details of your order, including product codes, product descriptions, invoice, and shipping address.



All orders will be processed within 24 working hours. Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday. However, if there are staff working on Sundays or public holidays, we may proceed with deliveries on those days.

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive 1 SMS and Shipping Notification Email from our logistics company. A tracking code will be provided, and you can track the status of your order delivery through the link provided in the email and SMS sent by us.

We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. We offer a guarantee of refund or replacement for damaged, lost, or incorrect quantity items for online payment orders (FPX Payment). However, there is no refund available for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders as the buyer has not made any payment for the goods yet.
Sold products cannot be returned; therefore, we regret to inform you that orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. Please ensure that you have carefully checked and confirmed all details and information before proceeding with your payment.
